1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that you meet this requirement. Photo identification may be requested on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where required; city tax and gratuities may apply separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a reservation. Full settlement is due on departure unless another arrangement has been agreed.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Cancellations within fourteen days incur a charge for the first night; no-shows are billed for the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest threatens staff or other guests, damages property, breaches our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and offered exclusively to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and spending limits can be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Valuables not placed in the in-room or hotel safe are not our responsibility.

8. Intellectual property

All material on this website (copy, images, logos, design) belongs to Goldenshorevilla or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property legislation.

10. Governing law

These Terms are subject to the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
